Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or non-business days may be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, promotional campaigns, festive periods, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

SHIPPING TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

• Kerala: 5-7 business days

• Rest of India: 8-10 business days

• Remote or non-serviceable locations: Additional delivery time may apply

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

The Maha Couture reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the provided tracking information.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

The Maha Couture shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges, or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Requests for shipping address modifications must be submitted before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, address modifications may not be possible.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Courier partners may make one or more delivery attempts based on their service policies.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect address details, or failure to respond to courier communications, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

DELAYS IN DELIVERY

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Public holidays

• Transportation disruptions

• Government restrictions

• Natural disasters

• Courier partner delays

• High order volumes

The Maha Couture shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.

Claims regarding lost shipments may require verification with the courier partner before any resolution can be provided.

The Maha Couture reserves the right to investigate such claims before approving any replacement or compensation.

UNDELIVERED OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Orders returned to The Maha Couture due to incorrect addresses, refusal of delivery, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

SERVICEABLE LOCATIONS

Delivery availability depends on courier partner coverage and serviceability.

The Maha Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for locations that are not serviceable.

In such cases, any payment received will be refunded through the original payment method.

RISK OF LOSS AND OWNERSHIP

Ownership of products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once the courier partner’s tracking records indicate successful delivery, The Maha Couture shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage, misplacement, or unauthorized acceptance of the package occurring thereafter.

Customers are encouraged to ensure that the shipping address provided is secure and that deliveries can be safely received.

FORCE MAJEURE

The Maha Couture shall not be responsible for delays or failure in delivery resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, technical failures, or courier service interruptions.
