Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Maha Couture (“MAHA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled. 

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting us at:

Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by The Maha Couture.

Cancellation requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends, or public holidays may not be processed until the next business day. The Maha Couture cannot guarantee cancellation requests received after an order has entered the dispatch process.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

REFUND FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS

Where a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the amount paid by the customer shall be refunded through the original payment method.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, banking partner, or payment gateway.

ORDERS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CANCELLATION

Orders shall not be eligible for cancellation in the following circumstances:

• The order has already been dispatched.

• The order is in transit.

• The order has been delivered.

• The order is subject to special promotions, clearance sales, limited-edition releases, or other non-cancellable campaigns where expressly stated.

CANCELLATION BY THE MAHA COUTURE

The Maha Couture reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Product unavailability

• Pricing or technical errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Misuse of promotional offers or discount codes

• Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable customer information

• Non-serviceable delivery locations

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount paid shall be refunded through the original payment method.

REFUND TIMELINES

Approved refunds shall be initiated within 7 business days of cancellation approval.

The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
