Returns & Exchange policy

At The Maha Couture ("MAHA", "we", "us", or "our"), we strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.

EXCHANGES

We offer size exchanges within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, Odors, or damage.

• All original tags, labels, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are requested to carefully refer to the Size Guide before placing an order.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only. 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been delivered, except in cases where:

• The product received is damaged during transit.

• The wrong product has been delivered.

• The product has a manufacturing defect.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at mahacouture2026@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the package received

Upon verification, MAHA will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. 

EXCHANGE SHIPPING

For approved size exchanges, customers may be required to bear reverse shipping and reshipping charges, unless otherwise specified by MAHA.

MAHA reserves the right to determine the appropriate exchange method, including reverse pickup or self-shipping by the customer, depending on service availability at the delivery location.

SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Products purchased during sale, clearance, promotional offers, or special campaigns may not be eligible for exchange unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE

Actual product colours may vary slightly from website images due to differences in screen displays, photography, and lighting conditions. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

EXCHANGE REJECTION

MAHA reserves the right to reject exchange requests if:

• The product shows signs of use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

• Original tags or packaging are missing.

• The exchange request is made after the specified exchange window. 

REFUND POLICY

MAHA does not offer refunds for size issues, change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, or colour variations caused by screen display differences.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MAHA's liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product only.
